These are nicely decorated 1 bedroom apartments, with door to a common corridor. Security code to get inside. Landlord is extremely nice and helpful, helped me carry things up to my new place! The yellow-ish brick apartments on Idlewild are rented mainly by 20-somethings, so be aware.  Need to rent an apartment?
