Apartment Review for Wisteria Place - Birmingham, AL

The apartment are very spacious and cozy. I would have love it stay at that location if it had not been for the neighbors. Kids running all over the streets at all hours of the night. Many of the residents are very disrepectful! Management and maintenance did an excellent job. Whenever a problem had arose, they were prompt on getting the job done. Unfortunately, many of the residents would allow their young children to vandalize cars by throwing footballs/ baseballs and other toys in the parking lots damaging several cars. Management tried to handle the problem but with the residents working as a community, it problems continued to persist.
