manager/what manager. will not handle any noise peoblems. then takes side of 1 tenent over another then tells everyone who will listen all about your personal conflicts that you have with the other tenent. i think the worse is how when she is talking to you, you are the "good" tenent and person.as soon as you walk away she will tell whoever is there what a bad tenent or person you are. even worse is when that tenent comes to tell what she has just said behind your back.
