Apartment Review for Waterford Landing Apartments - Birmingham, AL

This place is horrible! There is a HUGE problem with roaches and spiders. The grounds are full of trash & the breezeways are covered in spiderwebs. You are promised repairs that never happen. I am counting the days until my lease is up to get out of here. I have been told that Engel Residential Properties who owns this and several other apt complexes in the area have a very bad reputation & now I know why. Don't be fooled by this place.........they only keep it clean near the front/office. The laundry room is NASTY & they spray painted the ladies toilet out by the pool metallic gold lol.
