Apartment Review for Tree Top Apartments - Birmingham, AL

My son lived here. He was constantly having noises, smells from other garbage and apartments, and old cars were parked inthe lot that were on the blink and never moved. The management did nothing about this though they were told. He had great room in his apartment, loved his neighbors, yet they left garbage on their patios for him to walk past. The management was too busy with personal lives to take care of what was bothering him.
