Apartment Review for Stonecrest At Double Oak Mountain - Birmingham, AL

StoneCrest Apts was in breech of their lease agreement from day one. This apt complex advertises: Controlled gated access--not true, gate did not work more than a week during my stay. Health fitness center, not open when I moved in, opened week before I moved out. Not enough parking spaces and management will tow your car if not parked in a parking space. Mandatory $20 fee included in your water bill for valet trash pick up, whether you want it or not. Add-on percentages to the cable and water bills not advised of upon moving in. Dishonesty amongst office and maintenance staff!!!!! Trust me pay a little extra you'll probably save more in the long run!!!!!!
