Apartment Review for Stone Gate - Birmingham, AL

stonegate is a nice place to live,I was there for almost three years,with perfect payment records.I didnt want to renew my lease only because I want it to move to and area that had a better school system. I was mislead into signing a new lease because I was told by managment that she was working on school zoning with the board of jefferson county.I waited patiently only to find out those things were not true.now im being charge $2429 termination fee because I left for that reason.which is not fair to me.I had no problems with the apartment called maintenance maybe once or twice their response was quick.I took this problem to corporate I havent yet got a phone call or and email.after being a paying customer for almost 3years I should have received and response from someone. therfore I will not recommend stonegate to no one because of being mislead.
