Apartment Review for Parkbrook Apartment Homes - Birmingham, AL

I have lived in Park Brook for over six years and am happy to call it my home. I have seen management change several times. These other "past tennants" that complained about bugs might want to look at their own cleaning habits. We don't have bugs! For those that do-the office will set them up to be sprayed weekly- no charge. We swim in the pool every summer. There hasn't been any traffic from the apartments nextdoor since the fence was built. I don't have any problem getting the maintenance guy over here when something breaks. Back to management...I have seen them sit for children whose parents weren't home yet, buy Christmas for kids who otherwise wouldn't have one, throw parties for the kids and the community, pick up children from school when their parents were stuck... The list goes on. I strongly suggest checking out Park Brook if you're looking for home.
