Apartment Review for Park Place Apartments - Birmingham, AL

I will WARN you right now to not lease an apartment with Park Place Apartments. The property manager, Sheryl, is awful. She's very rude, confrontational, and could care less about her tenants, who are the reason she has a job. My blinds were nasty when I moved in and they never came to fix, roaches all over the place they never came to spray, dishwasher leaked, and they accused me of breaking, said they fixed once I called Atlanta but there is still dirty, stinky, brown water in the bottom of the dishwater and they have yet to come fix. Moved in with a brand new dryer, now all of a sudden it doesn't work. Called maintenance over and over and over and all they did was patch something together and leave. Little did they know I had someone to come and check who saw they did nothing to fix their problem. Bad place to live. I have been miserable since the first day I moved in. Want your rent money on time, but won't come out and fix anything! Just crazy. There is always someone shooting, used condoms laying around the steps, called her to get the condom, and after a week condom still there until I contacted Atlanta. I can go on and on. Might be a better place to live, if they cleaned out the rental office, especially get rid of Sheryl.
