Apartment Review for Park Lane Apartments Inc - Birmingham, AL

I hated living here with all my heart and couldn't wait to sublet it to someone until my lease expired. The pet deposit was way too much and we didn't get our refundable pet deposit back. The neighbors are incredibly anal and wanted us to be sooo quiet even though we go to school and work 8-5 so we're hardly ever at home. The manager is one of the meanest and scariest person I've ever met in my life. Thank God I am out of that hole!!! Plus, rent was way too much now that I know how much other ppl pay for rent elsewhere.
