Apartment Review for Park Brook Apartments - Birmingham, AL

NO A/C IN AUGUST! My roof leaked, I couldn't go out on the balcony because the wood was rotted and they advised me not to. My heat worked off and on. This place was nice at one time. Now they apparently have ran out of money. Everything is falling apart. The company who manages it LMS Real Estate Management borrows material/parts from other units instead of buying new ones. This creates units you can not rent and people live in those units so they don't have to pay rent. I illegals drink beer and play music loudly in the parking lots. Not safe!
