Maintenance, what Maintenance, leaking roofs, applinces that dont work, leaking roofs, trash EVERYWHERE, broken down pool, you get the picture. You ask why do I stay and the answer is cheep if you want a cheep place to live and you can deel with this, take a look outherwise, look elsewhere.  Need to rent an apartment?
