Apartment Review for Nob Hill Apartments - Birmingham, AL

I have lived here for 5 years.I should have had my head examined to be here this long! I went through 3 different realty companies owning it. All the previous tenants complaints of this place are true! The greatest problem here is the manager & assistant manager lying to you all the time. They aren't professional at all. The maintence people are pathetic! These people here are just interested in getting their 8 hours and go home, they DO NOT care about their tenants at all. The managers never keep their word! They will say anything to make you happy. BEWARE of this place! I have so many people pick up their bags and move out during the middle of the night to get away from this place. You'll be SORRY if you come here!!
