AWEFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! WATER CUTOFF!!!

I have lived at Mayfair before the new management company took over. Since they took over, I have had nothing but problems. Can't get maintenance to fix anything. I even got a notice on the door today that the Birmingham Water Works Board was going to turn off my water because an extremely delinquent account. I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYBODY!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
