Instead of this apartment sending a final bill to the CORRECT forwarding address, they simply turned the bill over to a collection agency. Current manager stated it was pure laziness of the part of the old management. Now I deal with a collection agency for this crappy, drug infested, noisy, and terrible place to live. BEWARE of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
