Apartment Review for Mayfair Chateau Manor Apt - Birmingham, AL

It was the best place to rent up until engel properties took over. Now they painted it an ugly shade of brown and it sticks out like a sore thumb and they jacked up the rent twice plus they put the cable and water off on the renter where as it used to be included. The office staff is a joke and get around to repairs only after you repeatly request it and that used to get done immediately. I see people constantly moving out and not in. Do not recommend it at all!!!
