Apartment Review for Mayfair Chateau Manor Apt - Birmingham, AL

if u like having a huge water leak in your apt. and the mold coming through the floor than this is place for you. this is the worst apartment ive ever lived in. the rent is stupid high, the nice shiny appliances never work and good luck with trying to get someone out to fix anything. oh yeah, and if you like their maintance staff in your apartment while youre not there, move right in!the management staff is a joke! the manager never knows what's going on, on her property because it would cause too much effort to get out of that nice chair. the apartments are old as dirt and so is the plumbing. it has mold everywhere, but its up to you to get rid of it. oh but theres a great work out room thats supposed to be open any day now (they said this in the summer of 2008)oh yeah and if u like people who sleep in their cars and the management knows about it but refuses to take care of the problem, this is the place for u. and of you want their maintence staff to let other tenants in your apartment while youre not there, move on in!! this place sucks and a building inspector needs to come out and look at these piece of s@#t apartments
