Apartment Review for Manor Village - Birmingham, AL

the walls are falling in with black mold in every unit, before they rent it out they rig it up to look super nice. dont be fooled these building were built in the 20s and they have lead paint! Parking is miserable, you have to drive straight into oncoming traffic everytime you leave, it feels like your going to wreck everytime, you just have to go off 'instinct'. Maintenance sucks and I had a cop pull up that they are convicted felons and burglars. Our neighbors were crackheads and robbed us. Homeless people are constantly approaching and hiding in nearby bushes. It appears and seems to be in a beautiful perfect cute little place but this place is a death trap! It needs to be shut down by the health department, after me and many others have suffered sinus infections, ear infections, uti's, etc.due to the poor condition of these apartments! not to mention they are way overpriced, the property's neglected unless they are trying to cover up their black mold problem, and the landlord, Steve, is the biggest neglectful, disrespectful,careless, narcisstic, prideful, coniving, deceptive, evil man on the planet. You are paying for your own slow death. STAY AWAY!
