Apartment Review for Hunter's Pointe Apartments - Birmingham, AL

About a week ago we noticed a HUGE hole in our carpet by our door wall. We shined a flash light into the hole an notice we were able to see the dirt under our apt. (about a 10 foot drop) and not only that, we notice two little eyes peering up at us. A racoon had some how eaten it's way through our wood, our carpet, into our apartment and was trying to get into our home! Not only have we had problems with the wild animals be we've also had numerous crime related problems as well. From car bombs, beatings, shootings, stabbings, not to mention the "late fees" we've had to pay because our rent has been "late". This has been the worst living experience I have ever had to endure. It's sad to not feel safe in your own home that you pay a pretty hefty amount out of your pocket for! I might as well just go live in far North Birmingham! Our lease is up in March and I CAN'T WAIT to get out of here!
