Apartment Review for Hillside West Apartments - Birmingham, AL

My stay in the apts were okay. I did have one issue where I asked to complete a transfer application and the office worker did not want to complete the order. I was given the run around for about 2 months until I finally decided to stay in the apartment I was currently in. I also was there once they add water lines in every apts, due to new management. That was a nightmare b/c for the 3 years that I'd live there...there was only an electric bill to pay and optional cable and NO WATER!!!! I had several friends and family memeber to move-in the area and everyone's experience wasn't the same!! LOL.
