Apartment Review for Highland Peak - Birmingham, AL

I currently stay in the 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhouse. and i've been having problems every since i moved in! air went out twice. HIGH power bills in the winter (after putting my heat on 65! and i stay by myself!) (had TWO power bills over 400 dollars! YES TWO power bills over 400 dollars!) and in the summer time i have WASP!!...YES WASP..?? ON THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE!...NO ONE will come out and spray to get rid of them...my lease is up in July...IM RUNNING AWAY QUICK!!!!!!...i will say that i dont have a problem with parking..i ALWAYS have a parking space and its not noise on my side of the conplex, BUT THATS IT!..o yea if your a single female watch out for maintenance! cause they WILL try to talk to you instead of doing there job! One of the guys asked me if i would fix him dinner in change of fixing something in my apt! what kinda mess is that!
