these apartments are a last result in case you have no where else to go although these apartments are income based you need to know that you have the same demands as those in600.00 apartment and you still pay your money the people at the complex have bad maintenance, give you the run around, they allow people to commit crime,and they have people who still your things and they know about it, they fix nothing and dont like to work so i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay in the apartment
