Apartment Review for Forest Hills Village - Income Restrictions Apply - Birmingham, AL

The apartments are infested with roaches and they do not fix things when needed to be fixed. I have had a leaking fridge for 2 years. Some how I ended up with a hole in my wall and no one has came out to fix it. I needed a place to stay while I attended college but now I have graduated and I am looking for somewhere else to stay. I would have continued to stay here but the upkeep in terrible and the roaches are bad. They don't respond to spray nor bombs. I am having to bomb every week and gets no results. Roaches live in the fridge and they have not replaced it yet. Living here has aggrevated my multiple sclerosis and has caused me to have a relapse. I am praying for somewhere else to stay.
