Apartment Review for Eagle View Apartments - Birmingham, AL

I lived at Eagle View for a year. For a while there were constant brake-ins. My boyfriend live at Eagle View for 6 years they never replaced his carpet even after asking for a replacement. There are bee-hives in the stone walls(the stone is craked and the bees have settle in). There are some positves. It is dog friendly(not every one liked dogs just some) and some of our neighboors are really nice. It is not a new apartment complex. Although it could use a little mordensation it's not that bad, but for what my boyfriend payed in rent he could have gotten a better apartment with a bigger bath and safer area. The one bed room is huge so they feel they can charge more, but NO!!! I feel that one looking to stay here be careful because it is turning getto and just keep looking. There may be something better. And yes it is a steep hill and if your car can't make that hill you will not make it.
