Apartment Review for Colonial Village At Trussville - Birmingham, AL

Parking was good, spaces were wide enough to keep doors from bashing other cars,(also depends on the drivers). My building had great neighbors. Too much street noise tho'. Maintenance needs a complete make-over. Requests to fix broken items and spray for bugs needs to be requested many, many times. In the time rented there, requests to replace carpet which had stains that were impossible to remove, worn out, dirty, were ignored. Laundry room has few washers, and even less dryers. Some don't work. Expensive for a load of wash. Rent is too much for the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. It is a typical apartment. I would not recommend this place for a permanent home. Will do in a binch, as in my case, but my job kept me traveling 75% of the time rented there. I recommend, keep looking.
