Apartment Review for Colonial Properties Trust - Birmingham, AL

This giant corporation is forcing it's resident to take Time Warner cable or be evicted. Regardless of the situation you are in. Does not matter if you want it, need it, or anything. Or worse still, you are i n my situation. It would cost me 300 bucks to get out of my other cable contract, and i would lose the 250 bucks i just spent for extended football coverage. The so called service was posed to the residents as an "Offer" and "available"...until you go to sign the lease renewal. then you find out it's "Mandatory" and "required" what's next, the phone service i use? they gonna choose my internet provider as well? Who knows...stay faar far away if you like making personal choices for yourself.

the property has no parking compared to the amount of people, the landscaping is so-so, when my upstairs neighbors usse their plumbing, it sounds like my walls are filling with water, the doors don't close, and the office staff are not nice or professional, except for two of them.

RUN AWAY!!!!
