Good location. Apartments show well from outside. They need renovation to interiors very badly. Maintenance leaves much to be desired compared to other properties where we have lived. Water is included in rent but the water pressure has been turned down so low it is a constant aggravation; however, the rent increased at the same time.  Need to rent an apartment?
