Apartment Review for Cardiff Cove - Birmingham, AL

My husband and I have live here since 2006 which was then a great apt. This apartment is now under new managmenet marrion or something like that. The landlord is a butt hole he is constantly finding something to complain about and they waste alot of paper putting it on your door. The way this apt is now that don't care who they let move in the only reason we are still here because we haven't found a house. I am so fed up that we are considering moving to another apartment. The one thing that I can say is that they are trying to make the place look better on the outside thats it. The people in the rent office will not work with you and if your carpet gets wet don't expect for them to rush and clean it they are also trying to go the cheap way by letting the maintence man clean it with a machine. I would not recomend these apt to anyone not with the new landlord and new managment.The management as of may 2,2010 is aweful.
