I have moved here on 8-31-2007 and have not been satisfy with this apartment. I have had three floods from the bath room ,hot water tank and the freezing water pipes out of side the apartment building.I have not been giving no more carpet because the water is under the rug the manager stated that I will not get no more carpet. I Do not have my own place to park when I get home from work. the out side apartment is not been upkeep.I will be moving out from here when my lease is up.  Need to rent an apartment?
