Apartment Review for Cardiff Cove - Birmingham, AL

I moved into these apartments on Sept 30th. I really like the apartments because they are quiet. But I have these people that stay below me that plays their music @ 12 a.m. throughout the entire night and then @ 10 am they are back playing it. I told the leasing lady about it the next day which is my 2nd day and she have not did anything yet about it. Well on October 19th I gets home & finds out that some one have breaking into my apartment. My door was kicked in so inorder for me to close my door I had to call maintence so this was @ 11:00 @ night. I didnt have maintance number because it wasnt giving to me on my lease so I had to keep calling the office number leaving messages so finally @ 1 something tuesday morning maintance is calling me back. It took him till a little after 2 to get there. He told me that my apartment was the 3rd apartment in 24 hrs that were broken into. There were not letters or nothing sent out to us saying anything about the break in's and to be careful. The apartment complex is un safe. My neighbor said he say someone with a red shirt on that knocked on my door and then kicked it in but he didnt call the police so that's kind of strange. I am rite now trying to break my lease because this is to much on me and I dont see where the leasing lady is trying to help. My closet door was off track when I first moved into my apartment and I called & called to get it fixed well he came & fixed it but since then the door just keep coming off track. Instead of them putting a new door up they whether keep coming out there to fix it. I really dont feel safe being there @ all.
