I lived in Cardiff Cove for one year. The only problem I had during my stay was the failure of management to fix an outdoor light fixture on the backside of my apartment. Other than that I liked it. If they would do a bit of remodeling and upgrades to the inside of the apartment, I would still be there. Neighbors were nice and community very quiet!  Need to rent an apartment?
