Apartment Review for Candy Mountain Apartments - Birmingham, AL

I currently live in their apartments and me and my husband have had one problem after another. The people park where they want to and they are constantly having water main issues, so we are without water at least twice a month. As of right now when the tenant upstairs flushes her toilet her bowel backes up in both of my tubs. So please run, don't walk away from these apartments. Oh and the manager is fat and lazy and acts as if you are bothering her when you have an issue.
