Apartment Review for Avondale Gardens Apartments - Birmingham, AL

I've lived here for 3 years. It's really a safe, clean,spacious,and enjoyable place to live, to say the least.The only negative thing might be that my rent has increased every year, and that the walls are paper thin. Not only do I hear my neighbors conversation crystal clear but you can also smell what they are cooking. Also there is a waiting list for new residents so you just can't pop up one day and expect to move in the next.
