Apartment Review for Arboretum Apartments - Birmingham, AL

I think the last review was written by management. I lived there almost 1 year. It was loud. There was some odd foot traffic from Arboretum to Mountain Lodge at all hours. The pool was closed for almost the entire summer of 07. The people upstairs were so loud and the floors so thin my apartment rattled. The office staff changed often. The parking was TERRIBLE. Grounds not very clean. The office staff seemed to try, I think it was actually the management company the caused and hindered the repairs and such that the complex has.
