I see the bad reviews and what do you really expect from an apartment where the rent is less than $500 a month in Five Pts. So.? The people who live here expect five-star service when they are paying two star prices. As a resident, I agree that there are many things that could be better, but the fact is you get what you pay for. This is a great location with great views for a low price. If you want better conditions you may need to look elsewhere in five points, where the rent normally ranges from $700 to over a thousamd dollars. And another thing, this is an URBAN area in which a large amount of people stay in a small area, not to mention the amount of night clubs in the area- as sensible people you do realize this area will have more crime than say, a suburban area.
