| | | | Review Title: Too Much Effort | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 2/24/04 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | i love my apartment but it takes forever to get anything fixed. the landlord is never around when you need him but he always makes sure to get his rent and try to raise the rent for whatever reason. the water heat was fine then he messed with it so now it takes 15 min for the water to get warm-now the water bill is too high so he wants us to pay more rent. the back gate is still broken-6 months. various and sundry things are wrong and things dont get resolved on time. if you let him know your rent will be late he is pretty cool. | | | | |
